  • All invoices are issued under Suraj Saxena Webtech Solutions. No GST is charged on any invoice.

  • Clients making TDS deductions must provide their TAN and deposit the TDS to the government as per Indian law.

  • We are not liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

  • In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
